RB 48/2013 Correction of RB 48/2013 Transactions on AmRest shares made by a person having access to confidential information

Correction due to given incorrect procedures for the execution of the transactions. The corrected text of the regulatory announcement below.

 AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 19th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about:

- purchase of 109 AmRest shares on June 27th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 24.00,

- sale of 109 AmRest shares on July 15th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 89.22,

- purchase of 4101 AmRest shares on July 17th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 24.00.

The purchase transactions were executed outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options. The sale transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
