RB 40/2008 Introduction of AmRest shares to exchange trading

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”) informs that it was notified about the adoption on 9 June 2008 by Warsaw Stock Exchange (“WSE”) of the resolution regarding the admission and the introduction to exchange trading in the WSE Main List of 15.750 bearer ordinary shares of AmRest a par value EUR 0.01 each, on 11 June 2008. The introduction of the above mentioned AmRest shares to exchange trading is a result of shares issue described in RB 32/2008 dated 27 May 2008.
