RB 38/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 5th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of

- 122 AmRest shares on July 3rd, 2013, at the average price of PLN 84.91,

- 22 753 AmRest shares on July 4th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 84.80.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
