RB 27/2013 Partial Completion of the Share Purchase Agreements - AmRest TAG S.L.

In relation to RB 23/2013 dated June 8th, 2013, the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs about partial closing (“The Partial Closing”) on the June 24th, 2013 of the transaction of Share Sale and Purchase Agreements described in the mentioned report.

As the result of the Partial Closing AmRest acquired 2 616 700 shares of AmRest TAG S.L. (“The Company”) for the total purchase price of  29 608 840 EUR and became 98.4% shareholder of the Company.

The remaining shares will be transferred on or before June 28th 2013.
