Sushi Shop is the European leader when it comes to creating and delivering sushi. Founded in 1998 by two French entrepreneurs, the brand, now operated by AmRest, has more than 150 outlets in France, and more than 30 internationally. We offer a wide range of Japanese and Californian sushi: sushi, maki, California rolls, spring rolls, sashimi, tartare and much more. Our constant quest for creativity and innovative products has led to various high-profile collaborations with well-known chefs including Cyril Lignac (2011), Jean-François Piège (2012), Thierry Marx (2013), Joël Robuchon (2014), Kei Kobayashi (2017), Anne-Sophie Pic (2018), Mauro Colagreco (2019) and Grégory Marchand (2020). At the same time, Sushi Shop has always shown its flair for artistic creativity through partnerships with renowned artists (KENZO, Lenny Kravitz, Kate Moss, Craig & Karl, Monsieur Madame, Scott Campbell, Nasty, JayOne, Ed Broner), and young upcoming brands, designers and illustrators (Fernando Togni, Chris Labrooy, Tyrsa, PaperMint, Maison Sarah Lavoine, Sturia, Jean André, TetrisTM, Romain Froquet, Mr Brainwash and Le chocolat des Français). Sushi Shop has also pioneered outlets in supermarket "corners" and travel retail.
