RB 8/2021 Transactions on AmRest shares related to the exercise of stock options plan

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs about transactions on AmRest shares related to the exercise of the stock options plan executed by the Company outside the regulated market between April 7th and 21st, 2021. AmRest disposed in total 14 100 own shares representing 0.0064% of the Company’s registered capital.
