RB 4/2022 AmRest initiates process to suspend operations in Russia temporarily

AmRest Holdings, SE (“AmRest”) informs, following the recent announcement made by Yum! Brands, owner of the KFC and Pizza Hut brands, that it has started the process to suspend the operations of such brands in Russia temporarily.

Our main focus remains on all the victims that these terrible actions are leaving behind, and with our fellow AmRestees and their families.

While we continue to monitor closely the developments in the region, we will also continue to support all the initiatives that are being put in place to help those in need. International peace continues to be at the center of what we truly believe is important for us.
