RB 37/2018 Transactions on AmRest shares related to the exercise of stock options plan

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs about transactions on AmRest shares related to the exercise of the stock options plan executed by the Company outside the regulated market between July 9th and July 13th, 2018. AmRest disposed in total 2 815 own shares representing 0.0133% of the Company’s registered capital and purchased in total 4 875 own shares representing 0.0230% of the Company’s registered capital.
