RB 29/2018 Termination of the agreement with BDO Sp. z o. o. on examining the financial statements of the Company

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, ”the Company”) informs about termination by the mutual agreement of the parties on June 5th, 2018 of the agreement dated July 4th, 2017 (“Agreement”), under which BDO Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, at Postępu 12, listed on the list of registered auditors under no. 3355, was the entity authorized to conduct audit of the stand-alone and consolidated financial statements of the Company for the years 2017 - 2019.

The Agreement was terminated with effect from June 5th, 2018.

The reason for termination of the Agreement was the transfer of AmRest domicile to Madrid, that was communicated by the Company in the regulatory announcement RB 18/2018 dated March 14, 2018.
