RB 27/2006 The purchase of shares by the Member of the Management Board

AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that on the 18th of July 2006 AmRest received the notice from the Member of the AmRest Management Board, Mr. Henry McGovern, about the Metropolitan Properties International Sp. z o.o. (MPI) purchase of 4,075 AmRest shares. The total volume consist of the following transactions:

–        on the 13th of July 2006 purchase of 2,215 AmRest shares at average price 48,87318284

–        on the 14th of July 2006 purchase of 1,860 AmRest shares at average price 48,79440860

Currently Mr. Henry McGovern is the Member of the MPI Management Board. All transactions were executed within the Warsaw Stock Exchange quotation in Warsaw.
