RB 24/2006 Completion of Hungarian restaurants purchase

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. informs that on the 30th of June 2006, pursuant to the Agreement from 24th of May 2006 (RA 22/2006 from the 25th of May 2006 and
RA 23/2006 from the 27th of June 2006), the purchase transaction of 100% of shares held in Kentucky Systems, Kft (KS) was completed. Along with the purchase of all KS shares
AmRest has become the owner of 13 Pizza Hut restaurants and 4 KFC restaurants in Hungary.
