RB 23/2006 Annex to the Hungarian restaurants purchase agreement

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (AmRest) informs that on June 26, 2006 AmRest signed the Annex to the Kentucky Systems Kft Share Purchase Agreement (the Agreement was described in the RA 22/2006 from 25th of May 2006). According to the Annex the Buyer was modified from AmRest to American Restaurants Sp. z o.o., the 100% subsidiary of AmRest.
