RB 10/2024 Transactions on own shares executed under the Buy-back Program

AmRest Holdings, SE (“AmRest”, the “Company”), in relation to the regulatory announcement no. RB 24/2023 published on 1 December 2023, relating to the program for the repurchase of its own shares approved by AmRest’s Board of Directors (the "Buy-Back Program") pursuant to the authorization granted in its favor by resolution of the AmRest General Meeting of Shareholders held on 12 May 2022 under item nine of the agenda, and in accordance with article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse as well as with articles 2.2 and 2.3 of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016, hereby informs that, during the period from 27 February to 1 March 2024 (both inclusive), the Company has carried out the purchases of its own shares under the Buy-back Program described in the attachments to this report.
