La Tagliatella rewrites its history with a new image while preserving its essence

The ristorante pizzeria celebrates its love for Italian cuisine with a new image and the renovation of its restaurants in the purest Italian style, remaining true to its roots.

La Tagliatella is renewing its image with a brand relaunch, adapting its visual identity and restaurant interiors to the current trends while preserving its authenticity and heritage. The top ristorante pizzeria chain will enhance the Italian character that has defined the brand over its more than two-decade history. This new image and décor will strengthen brand positioning, boosting its modernisation while remaining true to its essence

La Tagliatella's iconic logo will incorporate slightly rounder shapes, maintaining its uniqueness. Similarly, the redesigned restaurants will preserve their friendly and welcoming ambience, ideal for sharing dishes and moments with a marked Mediterranean character.

According to Pablo Arredondo, Brand President of La Tagliatella, “This is the brand's most ambitious renovation and modernisation project in its 20-year history. We have carried out the project hand in hand with our clients to design the La Tagliatella of the future. This will allow us to continue offering the same quality we’re known for, but in an environment that will make each visit to La Tagliatella a new unique and innovative experience.”

La Tagliatella plans to refurbish all of its restaurants as part of a long-term plan that was launched this September with the opening of its first renovated establishment in the Madrid town of Leganés, in the Parquesur Shopping Centre. Present in every region in Spain, in addition to its three establishments in Portugal, the refurbishments will be carried out gradually over the next few years, until all its units in Spain and Portugal have been completely renovated.

The Italian piazza

The new décor of the restaurants will echo the iconic Italian piazza, bringing patrons closer to the streets of Italy while they savour all kinds of antipasti, risottos, pizzas and pastas. This integral overhaul will include the renewal of the façades and interiors of all the premises. The project that has been designed required significant effort in terms of coordination, styling and interior design.

The iconic La Tagliatella ovens will still be visible to customers, but their setting will change completely, surrounded by faithful reproductions of the historic arches, fountains, sky-blue ceilings and frescoes that evoke the golden age of the Italian Renaissance. Eating at La Tagliatella will continue to be an inspiring experience, rounded off with its delicious dishes seasoned with Grana PadanoParmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan),Gorgonzola cheese or its famous Pomodoro sauce.

The 'new' La Tagliatella will keep at its heart the genuine Italian character and commitment to quality service, as well as a traditional menu incorporating products from Italian suppliers with Protected Designation of Origin certifications. With over 400 combinations of pasta and sauces on the menu, the huge variety of dishes pays homage to the traditional cuisine of the Piemonte, Liguria and Reggio Emilia regions.
