RB 97/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by an entity closely related to the person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on October 21st, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 3 634 AmRest shares on October 17th, 2014, at the price of PLN 82.51 made by an entity closely related to that person.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
