RB 89/2017 Notification of transactions on AmRest shares executed by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on April 14th, 2017 a notice from Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about a sale of 3 521 AmRest shares at the average price of PLN 345.45 per share executed on April 12th, 2017. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
