RB 73/2016 Transactions on AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on June 13th, 2016 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of 6 616 AmRest shares executed at the at the average price of PLN 231.92 per share executed on June 8th, 2016.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
