RB 32/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that it received on April 24th, 2014 a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about purchase of 10 AmRest shares on April 24th, 2014, at the price of PLN 84.34 PLN.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
