AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on December 20th, 2017 a notice about the transaction on AmRest shares executed by Mr. Jose Manuel Maestro Garcia-Donas, being a person closely associated with Mrs. Maria Elena Pato-Castel - a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company.
