RB 10/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on March 20th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about purchase of 146 AmRest shares on March 20th, 2014, at the price of PLN 78.80 PLN.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
