RB 68/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on August 14th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about purchase of 17 085 AmRest shares on August 14th, 2014, at the price of PLN 69,99 PLN.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
