RB 69/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on August 20th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about purchase of 1 013 AmRest shares on August 18th, 2014, at the price of PLN 70.77 PLN.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
