RB 61/2018 Application for change of the ISIN code

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “Company”) informs that in connection with the transfer of the home deposit of the Company’s shares to Spain, on October 3rd, 2018 AmRest filed an application to the Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych (KDPW) for change of the ISIN code under which the Company’s shares are registered in KDPW from hitherto NL0000474351 into Spanish ES0105375002 and for change of the nature of this registration, i.e. registering these shares in KDPW as a secondary deposit (investor's deposit).
