RB 22/2017 Publishing dates of the financial reports in 2017

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) hereby announces the publishing dates of AmRest’s financial reports in 2017:

1. Quarterly reports:
- the consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2017: May 18th, 2017,
- the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2017: November 29th, 2017.

2. The consolidated interim report for the first half of 2017: September 14th, 2017.

3. The consolidated annual report for 2016: March 16th, 2017.

Following §83 sec. 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities, the Company informs that its consolidated periodical (quarterly and semi-annual) reports will include stand-alone financial statements. The annual report will be prepared and published in both the stand-alone and consolidated form.
