RB 97/2013 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on October 21st, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a sale of 1 505 AmRest shares on October 15th, 2013, at the price of PLN 98.03 per share.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
