RB 9/2011 Resignation of Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński from The Management Board of AmRest

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings (“AmRest”) informs about the resignation of Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński from the Management Board of AmRest effective on Feb 28, 2011.  The reason for the resignation is the sabbatical leave on which Mr. Wojciech Mroczyński will be for the next 12 months.
