RB 83/2016 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on June 29th, 2016 a notice from a member of the Company’s Management Board, being a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 40 000 AmRest shares at the price of PLN 83.43 per share executed on June 23rd, 2016. The transaction was executed outside the regulated marked as a result of exercising AmRest management options.
