RB 74/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on September 12th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about purchase of 2 400 AmRest shares on September 8th, 2014, at the price of PLN 70.00 PLN.

The transaction was executed outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options.
