RB 65/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on September 12th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 278 AmRest shares on September 12th, 2013, at the average price of PLN 87,00. The settlement date is September 11th, 2013.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
