RB 64/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 9th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 450 AmRest shares on
July 9th, 2014, at the price of PLN 82.00.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
