RB 63/2010 Purchase of shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on December 6th 2010 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 1000 AmRest shares, on December 3rd 2010, at the average price of PLN 81.10.

All the above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
