AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 8th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 4 700 AmRest shares on July 8th, 2014, at the average price of PLN 82.26.

The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
