RB 62/2013 – Introduction to the Catalyst exchange of AmRest bonds series AMRE03300618

In regards to the regulatory announcement 24/2013 dated 19 June 2013 the Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs about the resolution of the Management Board of Bondspot S.A. regarding the introduction to the Catalyst exchange of AmRest 14 000 bearer bonds series AMRE03300618. Nominal value of each bond is PLN 10 000 and total value of the introduced bonds amounts to PLN 140 000 000. The date of the first listing will be announced in a separate regulatory announcement.
