RB 58/2017 Notification of transactions on AmRest shares executed by a person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on March 30th, 2017 a notice from Mr. Drew O’Malley - a member of the Company’s Management Board, about a sale of 20 000 AmRest shares at the average price of PLN 341.33 per share executed on March 28th, 2017. The transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
