RB 52/2014 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on May 27th, 2014 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 2400 AmRest shares on May 21st, 2014, at the price of PLN 47.60 PLN.

The transaction was executed outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options.
