RB 52/2013 Purchase of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 25th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 793 AmRest shares on July 22nd, 2013, at the average price of PLN 24.00. The settlement date was July 24th, 2013.

The above mentioned transaction was executed outside the regulated marked, being execution of AmRest management options.
