RB 51/2013 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on July 25th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest about a sale of 4101 AmRest shares on July 19th, 2013, at the price of PLN 88.01 per share.

The above mentioned transaction was executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
