RB 51/2007 Resignation of Supervisory Board Member

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V (AmRest) informs, that on 27 August 2007 it was notified about the resignation of Mr. Christian Eisenbeiss from the AmRest Supervisory Board effective 23 August 2007. Mr. Eisenbeiss was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr. Christian Eisenbeiss resigned due to personal reasons.

The Management Board intends to call an Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting to appoint a new member of the Supervisory Board with a proposed candidate being Michael Tseytin the former majority shareholder of Pizza Nord Russia acquired by AmRest July 2, 2007.
