RB 49/2011 Purchase of AmRest shares by Henry McGovern

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on 7th October 2011 it was notified by Henry McGovern, the Chairman of Supervisory Board of AmRest, about a purchase by the company controlled by him, Metropolitan Properties International Sp. z.o.o. (“MPI”), 1 312 AmRest shares on 6th October 2011 at the average price of PLN 65.7003. The transaction was executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange during regular trading.

As a result Henry McGovern increased his shareholding to the total of 1 475 966 shares, which constitutes 6.96% of the Company’s share capital and entitles to 1 475 966 votes, i.e. 6.96% of total number of votes at the Company’s Meeting of Shareholders.

Prior to this transaction Henry McGovern  held the total of 1 474 654 shares, which constituted 6.95% of the Company’s share capital and entitled to 1 474 654 votes, i.e. 6.95% of total number of votes at the Company’s Meeting of Shareholders.

Henry McGovern owns AmRest shares directly and through the companies controlled by him, i.e. International Restaurant Investments, LLC (“IRI”) and Metropolitan Properties International Sp. z.o.o. (“MPI”).
