RB 42/2011 Purchase of shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on September 12th 2011 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a purchase of 1200 AmRest shares, on September 2nd - 7th 2011, at the average price of PLN 77.10.

The above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
