RB 42/2007 Disclosure of shareholding BZ WBK AIB TFI

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. informs that on 17 July 2007 it was notified that as a result of a share acquisition settled on 12 July 2007, the funds managed by BZ WBK AIB TFI S.A. (TFI) became holders of 1 201 827 shares in AmRest Holdings N.V., which constitutes 8.90% of the Company’s inital capital and entitles them to 1 201 827 votes, i.e. 8.90% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting.

Prior to the acquisition, the funds managed by TFI held a total of 253 236 shares in AmRest Holdings N.V., which constituted 1.88% of the Company’s initial capital and entitled them to a total of 253 236 votes, i.e. 1.88% of the total number of votes at the Company’s General Meeting.

At the same time TFI informed that the management of its funds portfolio was outsourced to BZ WBK AIB Asset Management S.A. (AM). Hence the AM’s notification of its customers  exceeding 10% of the total number of votes at AmRest General Meeting (described in the RB 41/2007) included also the AmRest shares which were in possession of the TFI funds.
