RB 41/2009 Correction of Q3 2009 Report

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that an error has been found in Additional Information to Q3 2009 Report (Polish version) which was published today. The correction is regarding the sentence included in Point 3.b) of Additional Informa-tion:

Old:
‘In the third quarter of 2009 EBITDA margin in Europe was 11.4% comparatively to 5.1% in US.’

New:
‘In the third quarter of 2009 EBITDA margin in Europe was 12.9% comparatively to 2.2% in US.’

The corrected Q3 2009 Report (Polish version) will be published today, 13 November 2009.
