RB 40/2011 – Correction of the First Half 2011 Report

The Management of AmRest Holdings SE („AmRest”) informs that an error occurred in the Supplement to Directors' Report for the first half of 2011, published on 31st August 2011. Corrections are to be found in the attachment to this regulatory announcement. The corrections concern:

-Table on page II-6, The consolidated income statement for the 3 months ended 30 June 2011, Corporate income tax line

-Operating segments on page II-7, where the data regarding Unallocated and USA profit from operations for Q2 2011 were mistaken and in the table on page II-9 showing the split of the CEE results in Q2 2010/2011 data regarding first half of the year was presented instead of data regarding second quarter.
