RB 39/2012 Preliminary sales revenues Q3 2012

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that the preliminary sales* revenues generated by the AmRest Group (“Group”) excluding revenues generated by the disposed AmRest LLC operations amounted in the third quarter of 2012 to PLN 601.5 million, which is a 12.7% increase compared to the corresponding period of 2011. Group Sales in local currencies increased by 13.1%.

The combined sales results of CE and Russian divisions amounted to PLN 464.3 million in the second quarter of 2012, which is 14.4% increase compared to the third quarter of 2011. Both division sales in local currencies increased by 14.9%.

Western Europe division sales increased to PLN 137.2 million by 7.4% in PLN and 7.7% in EUR.

Sales revenues of the discontinued AmRest LLC amounted to PLN 193.8 million, increasing by 15.5% in PLN and increasing by 2.4% in USD.

* Preliminary sales cover certain assumptions connected to specifics in the area of supply chain costs settlements.
