RB 3/2013 Sale of AmRest shares by a person having access to confidential information

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs that on January 9th, 2013 it received a notice from a person having access to confidential information of AmRest, about a sale of:

1) 70 AmRest shares, on January 7th, 2013, at the price of PLN 95.40

2) 1401 AmRest shares, on January 8th, 2013, at the price of PLN 93.41

3) 529 AmRest shares, on January 9th, 2013, at the price of PLN 89.42

All the above mentioned transactions were executed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
