RB 31/2007 List of shareholders authorized to a minimum of 5% of votes at the Meeting of Shareholders

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. informs about the shareholders with at least 5% of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28 June 2007:

1)      International Restaurant Investments LLC (IRI), with its registered office at Indiana, 7100 West Jefferson Boulevard, USA; 4,756,850 votes, i.e. 76.87% of votes at the Meeting referred to above and 35.24% of the total number of shares.

2)      ING Nationale-Nederlanden Polska OFE, with registered office at Warsaw, 00-406, 2 Ludna Street, Poland; 750,000 votes, i.e. 12.12% of votes at the Meeting referred to above and 5.56% of the total number of shares.
