RB 30/2010 Information about finalization of the Completion stage of the Share Subscription Agreement with WP Holdings VII B.V.

The Management of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”) informs, with regards to Regulatory Announcement RB 19/2010 dated 23.04.2010, about the finalization of the Completion stage (“Completion”) of the Share Subscription Agreement with WP Holdings VII B.V., on 10th June 2010. Completion resulted from registering the increase in the share capital of the Company by the amount of EUR 47 262.63, reported in RB 22/2010 dated 14.05.2010, by the registry court in Wrocław. In result of the Completion, money from the escrow account will be made available for AmRest.
