RB 267/2017 Notification of allocation of AmRest shares to person closely associated with the person discharging managerial responsibilities

AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on November 22nd, 2017 a notice from FCapital Lux S.à.r.l., being a person closely associated with Mr. José Parés Gutiérrez – Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board, about an allocation of AmRest shares.
