RB 25/2017 Resignation from the function of the member of AmRest Holdings SE Management Board

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings SE (“AmRest”, “the Company”) informs that it received on January 31st, 2017from Mr. Jacek Trybuchowski the resignation from the function of the member of AmRest Management Board, effective  February 1st, 2017. The resignation is due to personal reasons.

Mr. Trybuchowski served as the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
