RB 25/2008 Quickening of publication of Consolidated Annual Report for 2007

The Management Board of AmRest Holdings N.V. (“AmRest”), with reference to RB 18/2008 dated 20 March 2008, informs that the date of publication of Consolidated Annual Report for 2007 has been moved to 28 April 2008. Pursuant to RB 18/2008 the previous date of publication of the report was 30 April 2008.
